There was an ongoing request to correct an issue when the vehicle was purchased, where a deflector or underbody shield was hanging on its side without a push pin. While the effort to fix it was appreciated, the wrong push pin was used. I’m concerned about this being used as a long term fix, and I would appreciate the correct push pin installed.

I luv Toni. She had gud customer service and notified me that my right laser light was out. My only thing was the time it took to do my oil chang & rotation. There was no wait time.

Everyone was friendly, answered my questions and Harvey made the process quick.

Service Advisor Toni Moore was very nice, polite and knowledgably. Toni provided her recommendations and let me decide the route I wanted to take and not try to force me or advise me to get repairs done that would have been way out of my budget at this time.
