    I waited for four hours for an oil change. That’s an all time new record. The service person went back and changed it for me. I really appreciated that. However, the wait time is awful.

    I went in for a oil change and tire rotation My oil changed but my tire wasn't rotated and I asked the technician why didn't he rotate my tires because I know how my tires was before they was rotated and he said that he rotate the tide but they was never rotated I also had one tied up was low and air was not put in my tire. I also was charged for the tire rotation that I did not receive.
