I did not get a copy of my multipoint inspection and was only advised to get $1000 inspection due to the mileage.

The technician was very helpful. He accepted my payment even though I was a few dollars short.

Salesman and finance really nice and helpful. I do expect better through. I only got one key with my $100,000 purchase, no floormats and the cleanup of the vehicle was not good. I also was not fully informed on what home charger to get. I bought the $899 one while there only to find out this truck will take 21 hours to charge. I really needed to purchase the $2000 unit.

Toni was the BEST rep ever she went above and beyond!! Thanks Toni HOWEVER, the tech did not fix my car he created more problems. I could never get a definite answer to what mechanical issues my car had. Once I received my vehicle, parts were in car that was talking off and wasn’t placed back. There are pieces hanging under my car not sure what and why. My car shut off in the middle of the highway with my 11year old on the vehicle. It would not start. I never had these problems before just needed a vacuum booster but was told I needed battery which I did not them starter which id still questionable??? Now I have major problems that wasn’t there before HORRIBLE!!!!!

I was in a tight spot with my vehicle, really to the point of devastation because I couldn’t fix it and I was about to have to take Ubers everywhere and be carless. But God! I contacted Buddy Chevrolet and David helped me, he was efficient, friendly and very helpful and understandings. They ended up giving me more than anyone else would for my car trade in, the Chevy Trailblazer picked me, I was in a new car and pulled off the lot the next day:) there was a hiccup with my insurance, but that was on the ins side. so David lyfted me home and then personally lifted me back up the next day to pick up the New Car! The GM Reggie was also absolutely wonderful! They made sure I was able to leave better than I came and on new wheels! Thank you Jesus for Buddy Chevrolet! Highly Recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The experience was great.This the best sale team i ever had.Out all the cars I have Purchase.The sale guy was great dalvale.The sale manger Russell he was excellent and the finance manger Eric Was excellent..Travis came by he was very Nice as well .Over all this is type place you want go in and buy a car.And come out smiling. Everybody was so friendly and helpful..This team pur the customer first..Highly recommend any one buy a car there.Am enjoying my 2026 Equinox Active
